programming technology to bring you the fastest and most sophisticated
time & attendance data collection system.
The TA100 time & attendance system automatically calculates
employee time and wages using your specific payroll policies. This full
featured and comprehensive management tool will help you gain greater
control over productivity and provide the accuracy needed in your
business operations.
The TA100 Time & Attendance SoftwarePackage is an easy to use
time management tool which enables you to automate:
- Employee Time Collection and Calculation
- The Application of Payroll Policies
- Attendance Tracking
- Gross Wage Calculation
- Distribution of Personnel by Department
- Costing by Department
- Report Generation
- Data Input for Payroll Processing
- Interface for Third Party Payroll Services
- Employee Messaging
- Bell Ringing
TA100 is completely menu driven. All processes are clearly marked and
follow a common operating thread throughout. For ease of operation,
TA100 also has a graphic tool bar to allow quick access to the most
commonly used functions.

TA100 allows you to quickly scroll through and edit an employee's
schedule. Once an employee schedule is set, the system remembers it so
you never have to key in the schedule again. TA100 makes applying
rotating schedules quick and easy.

TA100 will generate over 20 different listings on everything from
Employee addresses to your Main Company setup. In addition, TA100 will
generate up-to-date reports on everything from Annual Attendance to
Who's Not In today.
TA100 prevents over-payment for long lunches and breaks. Automatic
lunch and break deductions may be taken based on elapsed time worked or
during a specific window of time. Rounding can also be set up to dock
for long lunches and breaks preventing payment for time not worked. In
other words, you may require that employees punch in and out for lunches
and breaks, deduct for late punches, or establish allotted windows of
time for lunches and breaks and deduct the time automatically. This will
prevent overpayment to employees who don't take the full time allotted
for lunches and breaks.
TA100 will support both fixed and floating shifts. Employees may
either be assigned a specific start and stop time, or they may punch in
and out randomly. Rounding rules can be setup around start/stop times or
the actual punch time to avoid overpaying employees. Attendance codes
are applied to each segment of the shift rounding segment to track
employee's compliance with shift start/stop times.
TA100 supports an unlimited number of shifts. Unusual shifts
schedules with staggered start times are easily handled.
TA100 supports three levels of overtime on both a daily and pay
period basis. You can pay overtime if a specific day of the week is
worked. Overtime can be paid on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly
basis. Semi-monthly overtime carryover is also supported.
All data is available at any time for reporting. The amount of
historical data that the system will keep is limited only by the size of
your hard drive. Previous data can be compressed and archived to save
disk space.
TA100 supports weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay
periods. Employees on different pay periods can all run concurrently on
the same system.
When using multiple data collection terminals with TA100, an employee
can punch at any of these terminals. An employee can punch IN at one
terminal, transfer departments at another, then drive 40 miles and clock
OUT at a remote location.
TA100 contains an "Online Time Card" punch editor. This
allows you to edit the employee's punch information right on the
employee's time card.
The TA100 Transaction editor provides a simple means of correcting
punches and adding new ones by scrolling through existing transactions.
Each user must enter a Login name and Password before they can access
the TA100 system. The system can limit the user to certain menus, what
they can do while in a given window (add, edit, delete, view, etc.), and
which employees they can access.
Another attractive feature of TA100 is the ability to change the
names of key fields and automatically have all the menus and reports
change to reflect the new name. For example, if your company doesn't
have "Departments", but has "Cost Centers", simply
change the name "Department" to "Cost Centers" and
all references to departments will change to Cost Centers.
TA100 allows you to define three system fields in the employee's
master record. These fields can be used to store items such as
birthdays, spouse's name, license number, emergency number, etc.
TA100 comes standard with an export feature that allows you to send
data to an in-house payroll system. Direct imports to many popular
payroll services are also included with the system:
- ADP (Version 5/6 and Windows)
- Ceridian (including Powerpay)

The Bell Control Module allows you to define bell ringing schedules
and prompt terminals to activate a user supplied bell, alarm, or other
audible signaling device. Each bell can be defined by the day-of-week
and time-of-day as well as the duration of the ring. TA100 can ring up
to 336 bells per terminal, per week.
